Job summary

A leading recruitment firm seeks a Sales Executive to manage relationships in the renovation market. The role involves client engagement, project handling, and conducting presentations, requiring strong communication and marketing skills along with a class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience with sales or marketing, preferably in related fields.
• Possess class 3 driving license and own car.
• No prior related experience are welcome too.

Responsibilities

• Handle new projects and renovations, maintaining client relations.
• Conduct presentations to consultants and attend site meetings.
• Participate in organizing seminars and product launches.

Job description

Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + Car Allowance + Petro Claim + VB

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Description

• Handle new project or Renovation Market – One stop service
• Establish, develop, keep good relation with clientele and market with main contractor, sub-contractor, management Office, developers, interior designers and architects
• Conduct group presentation to consultants such as architects and developers.
• Participate in organizing of seminars, product launches, exhibitions and group presentation to customers.
• Attend site show rounds and meetings conducted by consultants or owners

Requirements

• Two or more years’ experience with sales or marketing, preferably in related fields such as painting and building materials supplies
• No prior related experience are welcome too.
• Possess class 3 driving license and own car for daily work
• Possess good communication skill, presentation skills and proficient with MS Office
