About the Role:

Ginger Spark Education is a fast-growing student care brand in Singapore, offering a fresh, engaging after-school experience that blends academic care, creativity and whole-child development.

After a successful pilot phase with full satisfaction from parents and children, we are now preparing to open our second centre. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Engagement Executive to bring families in for centre visits — and once they visit, they usually sign!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate GingerSpark’s educational concept clearly to parents
• Engage new leads via WhatsApp, calls, community visits or local events
• Book and conduct in-person centre visits for prospective parents
• Manage follow-ups and convert visits into enrolments
• Track leads and outcomes using simple CRM tools
• Collaborate with the founding team and Principal to coordinate promotions and campaigns
• Participate in marketing initiatives (flyer distribution, mini open houses, etc.)

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is passionate about education and family well-being
• Enjoys connecting with people and making a strong first impression
• Has sales or customer engagement experience (preferred, not mandatory)
• Is fluent in spoken English and comfortable with WhatsApp, email and basic reporting
• Is self-driven with a results mindset — you’ll be rewarded for every child enrolled!

Employment Type:

Full-Time (with variable component)

Monday–Friday, flexible schedule (occasional weekends possible for events)

Salary Range:

Base: SGD 2,500–3,000/month + performance bonus per child enrolled

Location:

Multiple locations in Singapore (starting near Serangoon)
