Job description

  • Role Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior x 1
  • 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Near Bukit Batok MRT, Singapore
  • Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,500 [ Vary By Rank & Years of Experience ]
  • 14 Days AL + 16 Days MC + AWS + VB [ Depends on company's performance ]

Company is specializing in stone and tile products [ sub-contractor ] to construction project.

Current Sales & Marketing team with one sales marketing director and one senior executive, seeking for one more headcount to support the team.

Requirements:

  1. Prefer sales executive in any building materials or sales interior designer background.
  2. Must experience in dealing with interior designer, project executive, contractor and suppliers.

Job Scopes:

  • To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
  • To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales
  • Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects
  • Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits
  • Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in business related background are required for this post.
