Position Overview:
As the Senior Executive, you will manage a variety of marketing campaigns and events, both on-site (exhibitions, roadshows) and online (social media, EDMs, website content). You will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and driving business growth in line with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage marketing campaigns and events, both on-site and online.
Develop creative marketing materials and sales collaterals.
Plan and execute campaigns to promote successful projects and new product launches.
Conduct market research, develop strategies, and generate sales leads.
Oversee marketing activities from planning to execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and event setup.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns and events.
Work closely with sales, technical teams, and regional partners to target the right audience.
Develop and manage marketing channels, sales materials, and lead-generation programs.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or IT.
3 - 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the IT/AV technology industry.
Familiarity with IT/AV products or solutions is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with attention to design, branding, and storytelling.
Familiarity with WordPress, Zoho CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Positive team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
