Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales of security technology products, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting brand development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intercoms) to commercial, residential, and government clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and follow through to project closure.
  • Support marketing campaigns including events, product launches, and online promotions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and costing.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and report market insights.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in security/tech industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
