We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our real estate and consultancy practice. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling customer enquiries, marketing property listings, and actively sourcing for potential clients—especially landlords, industrialists, and companies in need of JTC-related consultancy services (e.g., lease renewal, assignment of lease, relocation).
This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a flair for marketing and outreach, and an interest in Singapore’s industrial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling & Client Coordination
- Attend to inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries from prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings and meetings with the Director.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up status in CRM or Excel tracker.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Draft and publish property listings on portals like PropertyGuru, CommercialGuru, SRX, and social media.
- Create engaging marketing materials such as EDMs, brochures, and social media posts using Canva or other tools.
- Assist with copywriting and content creation for LinkedIn and business outreach.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively reach out to potential landlords, tenants, and industrial companies through:
Cold calls / cold emails
LinkedIn and database search
Referrals and past leads - Build and maintain a growing database of potential clients across both real estate and consultancy services.
Business Development Support
- Source companies with upcoming lease expiries or undergoing expansion/consolidation who may need JTC consultancy support.
- Introduce and position Omni Industrial’s consultancy services during outreach conversations (training and pitch decks provided).
- Set up introductory calls or meetings for the Director to engage high-potential leads.
Administrative & Listing Management
- Manage inventory of active property listings with updated details and expiry dates.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, quotations, and basic correspondence for outbound proposals.
- Track KPIs (calls made, leads generated, meetings arranged) and provide weekly status updates.
Requirement
- Diploma minimum
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, confident in cold-calling, and comfortable with outreach and rejection
-Organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM/Excel.
