Sales Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and social media.
Establish and nurture relationships with individual clients and corporate accounts.
Conduct market research to understand evolving customer needs and service gaps.
Set appointments with potential clients, present service offerings, and negotiate terms effectively.
Follow through on sales leads and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Marketing Duties
Collaborate on the planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with brand identity and growth objectives.
Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns and optimize for better results.
Support content creation and marketing material development across channels (online and offline).
Contribute insights for digital marketing efforts and assist with branding consistency.
Client & Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and service follow-ups.
Foster long-term customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business through reliable support.
Maintain client databases and utilize CRM software to manage pipelines and sales activities.
Reporting & Target Setting
Participate in regular sales reviews and submit progress reports to management.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual targets set collaboratively with management.
Demonstrate ongoing effort in customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue contribution.
Use feedback and data to continuously refine sales approaches and increase client engagement.
Ad Hoc Duties
Perform other duties assigned by Management with professionalism and dedication.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
Good understanding of sales techniques, customer behavior, and negotiation strategies.
Self-motivated with a high sense of responsibility and drive to meet targets.
Confident in delivering presentations and handling objections.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet timelines.
