Sales & Marketing Executive

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client specializes in a wide range of products including photo imaging, digital cameras, data storage media, graphic arts, medical and life science products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review progress of sales roles throughout the company. Manage and forecast monthly revenue and sales pipelines.
2. Engage regional subsidiaries and partners in achieving their sales targets. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth.
3. Perform and support market and competitor analytics with the marketing team. Gather intelligence on market opportunities and potential, and use such knowledge to develop appropriate marketing plans and strategies.
4. Competent with product knowledge to be the field expert. Introduce Endoscopy (Endo Surgical) products to physicians; including hands-on demonstrations and provide intra-procedural observation and support.
5. Use one’s comprehensive knowledge of relevant products to instruct and educate nurses/physicians on safe and correct use of the organization’s products in clinical settings.
6. Conduct product training to distributors, physicians, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders, including preparation on training materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Sales Skills: Ability to identify potential clients, present and demonstrate medical devices, and close sales.
2. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques to promote medical devices.
3. Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals.
4. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with medical devices and their applications.
