Sales & Marketing Executive – Cleaning Services Industry @ Ubi | Full time position | Starting from $2.8k

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the cleaning and facility services sector. If you have a passion for business development and enjoy engaging with clients, this role is for you!

Working hours:

Mondays to Fridays, 9am–6pm

Responsibilities:

Source and secure new commercial/residential cleaning clients

Prepare quotations, proposals & contracts

Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships

Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery

Manage marketing activities (online/offline campaigns, social media)

Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales or cleaning/FM industry preferred
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Class 3 driving license is a plus
