Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our Sales and Marketing efforts and enhance our sales activities. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective sales, account management, marketing campaigns, managing our social media channels, updating and maintaining our website, and implementing SEO best practices to achieve business goals, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the complete sales process with a professional image
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that support the sales pipeline and drive lead generation through marketing, networking and referral.
  • Plan and execute key company events including seminars, webinars, and workshops to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Account management to build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify further sales opportunities
  • Follow up and facilitate the services delivery to achieve high level of customers satisfaction
  • Continuous learning to ensure up to date on the development of our products, services and the industry
  • Plan, design, and manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture leads, engage customers, and boost conversions
  • Coordinate with SEO vendors and apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance
  • Manage and maintain the corporate website, ensuring content is updated and aligned with current marketing objectives
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and articles for the corporate website.
  • Design and produce marketing materials that reflect the company’s tone, style, and messaging guidelines
  • Oversee the company’s social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
  • Contribute to the improvements and development of new programs and campaigns.
  • To generate creative marketing ideas and implement them effectively
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Ensure timely completion of all marketing-related administrative tasks (daily, weekly, and monthly)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year’ experience in marketing, preferably within the tech or software industry
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console (GSC), SEO/SEM, CRM systems, email marketing tools WordPress, and major social media platforms
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Animation and Video Editing skills will be an advantage
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
