A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Sales Executive to manage client accounts and achieve sales targets. This role involves close collaboration with production and design teams to drive sales, requiring a diploma or degree in sales or engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales experience, good interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge in mechanical products.

Job Description
Directly manage assigned accounts, for all aspects including Customer relationship management, Forecasting to Factory, Inventory management, Monthly sales target achievement
Liaise with factory and Japan HQ for shipment scheduling, samples requests, R&D coordination
Actively support Design Win activities with existing and New Customers for pipeline demand generation
Support Finance Department in AR collection relating to customer
Willing to travel regionally to support customers or pursue sales lead
Support Sales Manager in reports generation
Willing to travel overseas particularly India and Indonesia to find new businesses
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in sales & marketing or engineering
A Self-driven and Independent Worker with Good interpersonal Skills
B2B Sales experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred especially with Design Win/ Design In experience.
Knowledge of trading incoterms and conditions together with Microsoft and Google Suite of Productivity Tools .
Technical knowledge of mechanical products is also a good advantage
Salesforce Knowledge / SAP knowledge would be advantageous
