Job description

We are seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive the company’s business growth and brand outreach.

Sales Responsibilities

· Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory and handle pre-order list.

· Response for hiring, training, and motivating staff, as well as implementing strategies to drive revenue and maintain a positive customer experience.

· Handle outreaches including setting up of event sales / atrium sales

· Liaise with shopping mall leasing department for retail business expansion

Marketing Responsibilities

· At least 2 years on digital marketing experience.

· Manage the Company’s social media platforms to achieve greater following and outreach

· Ensure that product prices are updated on all e-commerce platforms and website according to their promotion rates (where applicable) at any given time

· Maintain client databases and sales data analytics.

· Develop and acquire new relationships with potential partners (local & overseas)

· Implement retail promotion mechanics to drive the sales

· Create & present sales & marketing performance report to management

Required Qualifications

· Diploma in marketing , business or related field

· Proven 2 years work experience as a sales and marketing executive

· Digital marketing experience on Instagram, Tiktok , Face book and xiao hong shu etc.

· High-level communication and networking skills

· Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies

· Good knowledge of business in outright and consignment terms
