Job description

  • Position : Sales/Marketing & Events Executive (Mass Comm) - Bukit Merah

  • Location : Bukit Merah / Taiseng (Sometimes)

  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 21 Days Annual Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Performing Arts

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing: Promote company’s programs, build partnerships, and drive ticket sales through targeted outreach (schools, corporations, groups).

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage collaterals, conduct market research, and optimize social media strategies.

  • Analyse data to improve engagement and conversions.

  • Events & Ticketing: Oversee ticket inventory, distribution, and fulfilment.

  • Coordinate logistics for schools, donors, and sponsors. Manage front-of-house operations, resolve audience queries, and support fundraising/outreach events.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain marketing records, assist in reporting, and handle other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Mass/Marketing Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing/events

  • Strong marketing, sales, and event management skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and social media.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, Eve of Public Holidays, and Public Holidays, when necessary.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
