Job description

1. Establishes and grows good relationships with existing customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Handles and follow-up with feedback or claims from customers.

3. Works closely with logistics team to meet customers’ requirements.

4. Works closely with sales support team to co-ordinate on shipment arrangement.

5. Responsible for achieving monthly sales results in accordance with the targets set.

6. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

6. Monitors and ensure timely payment from customers.

7. Visit customers overseas to build stronger business relations and enhance customers’ service level.

8. Performs any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

1. Minmium Diploma Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.

2. Candidate with a Diploma in Engineering background an added advantage.

3. 2 ~ 3 years of relevant experience.

4. Possess Class 3 driving license.

5. On Job training provided.
