Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders

  • Coordinate with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases

  • Support the sales team with follow-ups and documentation

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, eDMs, and social media content

  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking

  • Maintain and update website or product listings (if applicable)

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Manage office supplies and support day-to-day office operations

  • Handle incoming calls and email correspondence professionally

  • Schedule meetings and assist with internal coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or admin is an advantage

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
