Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders
Coordinate with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and inquiries
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
Support the sales team with follow-ups and documentation
Marketing Support:
Assist in creating marketing materials, eDMs, and social media content
Help coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking
Maintain and update website or product listings (if applicable)
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Manage office supplies and support day-to-day office operations
Handle incoming calls and email correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings and assist with internal coordination
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or admin is an advantage
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
