A leading company in the skincare and medical device sectors seeks a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to provide proactive administrative support to enhance operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating sales orders, assisting with marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer databases, ensuring smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
To provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of sales operations and marketing activities. This role bridges sales administration with marketing coordination to support business growth, brand visibility, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
• Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and purchase requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports.
• Track sales performance metrics and compile monthly and quarterly reports for management review.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, product registration forms, and compliance submissions.
• Provide administrative support for distributor/customer communications, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate logistics for product deliveries, training sessions, and sales events.
Marketing Support
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, samples, digital content).
• Manage inventory and logistics of marketing collaterals, demo kits, and product samples.
• Coordinate with vendors and creative agencies for printing, design, and digital asset development.
• Update and maintain the company’s website and social media platforms in collaboration with marketing team.
• Track marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and payment processing.
Key Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar sales and/or marketing coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the skincare or medical device industry is an advantage.
