Job Summary:

We are a dynamic and growing renovation company seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager with strong leadership qualities, proven experience in the renovation or construction industry, and a deep understanding of sales and client management. This role requires a committed professional who is willing to reside at our company lodge and is flexible to work beyond regular office hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility
  • Handle direct sales, client presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate and manage promotional activities, digital campaigns, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the operations team to align marketing with project timelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
  • Attend site visits or client meetings when required, even after regular working hours
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing (preferably in renovation or related industries)
  • Master’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online marketing platforms
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
  • Must be willing to stay in the company lodge
  • Flexible to work beyond standard hours, including weekends when necessary
