A leading Japanese lighting manufacturer is seeking a dynamic professional to support the CEO in managing the sales department. This role involves sales administration and marketing activities, requiring strong organizational skills and a background in marketing, business, or architecture. Candidates should have a minimum of five years' experience and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

An established Japanese lighting manufacturer.
In Singapore, we specialise in Supply & Install of lightings in turnkey projects.
The role and responsibilities include, but not limited to;
1) Main scope:
* To support CEO in managing the sales department.
2) Sales administration activities:
* To support the sales department with sales administrative tasks including preparing quotations, tenders, etc.
* To receive, verify & process orders through internal liaison.
* To prepare marketing presentation materials and samples.
* To maintain and update sales & customer records, distributor agreements, etc.
* To compile monthly sales reports.
* To direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
* To stay up-to-date with new products and features.
3) Marketing activities:
* To plan & coordinate marketing campaigns, which includes planning, execution, and monitoring of various
marketing initiatives.
* To plan and manage e-commerce sales activities.
* To plan & coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
* To do copywriting for marketing materials for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases,
website material etc).
* To monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates.
* To maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
* To plan and organise marketing events.
4) Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
* Diploma holder in Marketing or Business or Architecture.
* Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
* Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
* Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment.
