About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Merchandise to join the team at U-Grade Paper Products Ltd in our Bukit Batok West Region office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed and merchandised to the highest standard in retail stores, driving sales and creating an engaging in-store experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintain and optimise product displays and shelving in retail stores to create an appealing and impactful in-store experience
2. Liaise with store managers and staff to ensure products are effectively merchandised and replenished
3. Collect and report on data and insights to help inform our sales and marketing strategies
4. Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and new product launches
5. Provide excellent customer service and be a brand ambassador for U-Grade Paper Products Ltd
6. Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to drive sales and grow our retail presence

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a retail merchandising or sales role, preferably within the consumer goods or FMCG industry
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously to high standards
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store staff
4. Passion for creating engaging and visually appealing retail displays
5. Familiarity with retail merchandising best practices and trends
6. Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
