Your Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Thailand wholesale strategy, driving business development across banks, insurance firms, platforms, and asset managers. You will be the face of our firm to key decision-makers — presenting insights, providing solutions, and building enduring partnerships. The role also includes supporting our engagement with Institutional and Private Bank clients based in Thailand.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Growth: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in Thailand’s intermediary distribution market.
• Build Partnerships: Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding service and uncovering opportunities for growth.
• Be the Expert: Deliver compelling investment and market presentations to client stakeholders — from fund selectors to relationship managers.
• Drive Results: Retain and grow assets under management, expand fund penetration across client accounts.
• Collaborate and Execute: Coordinate closely with marketing and client servicing teams to roll out effective campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives.

What You Bring:

• A customer-first mindset, with a flair for delivering proactive and responsive service.
• A driven, positive, and self-starting personality with strong business ownership mentality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
• Prior experience in financial product sales is preferred; a solid grasp of investment concepts is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with tools like Bloomberg and Morningstar is a plus.
