Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets

Oversee all aspects of new car sales, administration and logistics
Manage and coach a team of Sales Consultants
Adhere to manufacturer's standards and processes
Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Requirements
Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of managerial and Sales experience within the automotive industry
Strong business acumen with a customer-centric personality
Self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
