• Position : Sales Manager (Traditional Chinese Medicine) - Up To $8,000 + Bonus
• Location : Lavender
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Commission/Incentives + Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory of herbal products, supplements, and treatment supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and licensing requirements.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs for services and retail products.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase product sales.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide professional product recommendations.
• Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of TCM principles and products (preferred or required).
• Experience in clinic or retail management.
• Practicing TCM Physicians are most welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate Chinese speaking clients
