Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven sales leader to achieve business and sales objectives through direct and indirect channels, including Alliance/Channel partners and Inside Sales. You will guide the sales team, drive new business, and build strong relationships with customers and partners to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead customer acquisition through direct, inside sales, and channel partnerships.
  2. Guide the inside sales team in lead generation, cold calling, and negotiations.
  3. Expand the business by growing and managing Alliance/Channel partnerships.
  4. Train and motivate partners to drive door-to-door sales.
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients from Engineer to CEO levels.
  6. Develop strong pipelines and review opportunities with sales teams weekly.
  7. Capture and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive solutions and strategies.
  9. Co-lead marketing promotions with the marketing team to generate leads.
  10. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field, with experience in telecommunications.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in IT/Telecom sales.
  3. Familiarity with telecom services like Enterprise Internet, MPLS, Cloud, and more.
  4. Knowledge of customer equipment such as routers, switches, WIFI AP, firewalls is a plus.
  5. Proven track record in managing channel partners and driving results.
  6. Strong experience in SME customer acquisition and outbound sales.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  9. Independent, self-motivated, and a strong problem-solver.
