A leading company in the logistics and freight forwarding sector is seeking a sales professional to drive growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention. The role involves developing partnerships, monitoring market trends, and helping to optimize pricing strategies. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree and possess 4-6 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in logistics or supply chain solutions.
· Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company’s capabilities, trade lanes, and business goals to achieve sales targets.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to create unique customer acquisition and retention strategies.
· Identify and secure new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships at various levels.
· Develop value-adding partnerships and actionable plans with customers.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
· Adjust pricing strategies to maximize gross profit based on cost, competition, and demand analysis.
· Coordinate with departments to meet customer requirements and resolve service issues.
· Develop SOPs for secured customers and ensure clear understanding among operational teams.
· Develop and manage marketing collateral with marketing and administration teams.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree Holder.
· 4-6 years of sales experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding preferred.
· Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
