A leading welding technology company seeks a sales professional to develop market share in Singapore and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in senior sales roles, excellent interpersonal skills, and advanced technical knowledge of welding applications. This position emphasizes building distributor relationships and achieving aggressive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Complete compliance training as required and conduct business in accordance with Lincoln Electric Code of Conduct. (Ensure that personal conduct and business dealings are carried out in accordance with the Lincoln Electric code of Conduct and Compliance policies)
Drive countries’ sales in accordance to targets defined in the individual Performance Goals
Define and create strategies aimed at driving revenue growth in accordance to the region’s Key Initiatives
Drive distributor programs – Have regular monthly meetings and quarterly budget meetings and follow ups with our main channel partners, and collectively form strategies to improve sales results
Ensure that key distributors attend Lincoln’s trainings to continuously improve their knowledge on Lincoln’s products
Work with the region’s available technical resources, to drive new products sales and expansion into new end user accounts
Advanced knowledge and experience in technical sales with a focus on welding application.
More than 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and written and verbal communication ability.
Degree qualified in Engineering or Business related – preferred.
Ability to coach and guide sales staff, distributors and customers. Recognized as a knowledgeable welding resource.
Strong commercial acumen.
