Job summary

A leading modular data center solutions provider is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Singapore. You will develop and execute sales strategies for innovative data centre solutions and manage relationships with enterprise clients. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience are required, preferably in the ICT sector. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in data centre, ICT, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure and industry trends is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote data centre solutions, including modular data centres, racks, cooling systems, power distribution units (PDUs), and related infrastructure.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry networking events.
