Reporting to the Head of Sales for ASEAN region, your key responsibilities will include driving revenue via multiple channels and sales order management

Key responsibilities

  • Acquire an in-depth comprehension of customer requirements, inclinations, and the ever-changing market dynamics in the designated region. Utilize customer observations and prevailing market patterns to recognize and articulate key business objectives.
  • Create and execute all-encompassing sales tactics aimed at fostering revenue expansion and attaining sales goals. Examine shifts in the market, pinpoint potential business openings, and customize strategies to make the most of these opportunities. Consistently assess and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness and optimize outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue avenues for business development to broaden the customer base and propel sales expansion. Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships by means of proficient communication, grasping customer needs, and offering solutions that align with their demands.
  • Remain updated on market trends, industry advancements, and competitor undertakings. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint novel market prospects, customer requisites, and competitive edges. Employ these insights to shape sales approaches and distinguish the organization's offerings.
  • Collaborate intimately with legal and finance departments to tackle any identified areas of risk and institute effective risk management tactics, encompassing measures for credit risk control.
  • Formulate an annual plan or budget for the assigned accounts, while considering sales targets, market circumstances, and avenues for growth. Ensure harmonization of the plan with the overarching business strategy

Requirement
