What you'll be doing?
- Strategy Development: Assist in crafting and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve targets.
- Client Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback to drive excellence.
- Business Growth: Identify new opportunities and market trends to expand the company's market share and drive growth.
- Financial Planning: Contribute to annual budgeting, marketing plans, and financial forecasting to support the company's objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to track market trends and ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Training and Development: Educate and train the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other department managers to optimize staffing levels based on guest volume and business needs.
- Industry Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts to generate group and convention business opportunities.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration, bringing a solid foundation in business principles.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a successful track record in driving revenue growth.
- Leadership Skills: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit that motivates others and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and respond flexibly to various work situations.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to support data-driven decisions.
