What you'll be doing?
  1. Strategy Development: Assist in crafting and implementing sales strategies to boost revenue and achieve targets.
  2. Client Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts to ensure long-term success.
  3. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback to drive excellence.
  4. Business Growth: Identify new opportunities and market trends to expand the company's market share and drive growth.
  5. Financial Planning: Contribute to annual budgeting, marketing plans, and financial forecasting to support the company's objectives.
  6. Performance Analysis: Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to track market trends and ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
  7. Training and Development: Educate and train the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other department managers to optimize staffing levels based on guest volume and business needs.
