A European Security System supplier is hiring a Sales Manager to set up the dealer network in Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Contribute to sales budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.
• Provide training to partners.
• Manage exhibitions and sales events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in Security Dealer or System Integrator, preferably in Video Business, Public Address, or Software Control Business (Building Management Systems).
• Strong sales principles, techniques, and processes understanding.
• Team leadership skills for managing a small sales team.
• Good business acumen.
• Ability to travel up to 50% regionally.
