Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Generating sales leads.
2. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
3. Responsible for acquiring new customers for IT and communication solutions and driving sales activities.
4. Create leads through cold calls and other marketing activities to acquire new customers.
5. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
6. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
7. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
8. Develop proposals and presentations to meet customer’s requirements and expectations.
9. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
10. Understanding and promoting company programs.
11. Formulating suitable marketing plans and initiatives to generate leads.
12. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
13. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
14. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
15. Maintaining client records.
16. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
17. Ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
2. Experience in sales.
3. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
4. A commitment to excellent customer service.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Business level fluency in spoken and written English.
6. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
8. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
9. Required to be able to speak and write to communicate with Singapore, Taiwan, and China clients.
10. Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.

Role comes with basic + commission.
