Job description

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth for our HR software platform. This is a remote position with occasional travel required to meet with clients and attend key events.

Overview of Role

As Sales Manager, you will oversee the full sales cycle while managing a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring your team, and aligning sales strategy with company objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve sales enablement
  • Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions to prospective clients
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar industry is a plus, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or management role
  • Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative sales approaches
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and coaching skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
