Vincar Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team in driving sales for their new electric vehicle brand, Proton e.MAS, in Singapore. The role involves developing sales strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and collaborating across departments. A successful candidate will have 2-5 years of B2C/B2B sales experience, strong CRM skills, and excellent communication abilities. Team Leadership & Coaching
Recruit, onboard and mentor a team of ~8–12 Sales Consultants.
Run weekly 1-on-1s and pipeline reviews; deliver ongoing skills training (prospecting, consultative selling, CRM hygiene).
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own monthly/quarterly sales forecasts, pricing tactics and inventory mix in collaboration with Marketing & Operations.
Drive omnichannel lead-gen campaigns (showroom, events, digital) and convert leads through the full funnel.
Performance Management
Set targets for individuals and the team (units sold, gross profit, finance/insurance penetration, CSI scores).
Analyse CRM + BI dashboards; pivot strategies based on conversion and margin data.
Customer Experience & Retention
Champion a “wow” showroom and test-drive journey—manage appointments, hand-overs, after-sales introductions.
Implement loyalty programmes and referral initiatives to boost repeat business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with Product, Marketing, and Finance to align launch campaigns, promotions, and financing packages.
Provide market feedback on pricing, specs, and competitor activity.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all sales activities meet VINCAR’s internal compliance standards.
Prepare weekly/ monthly executive reports and present insights to leadership
2-5 years of B2C/B2B sales experience, including 1-2 years managing or coaching a team.
Demonstrated success hitting revenue or volume targets in fast-cycle, high-ticket retail (e.g., real estate, luxury goods, tech hardware, fintech).
Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and proficiency in Excel/BI tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional Asian languages an advantage to effectively communicate with our diverse customer across the region.
