Job description

Sales Manager (Probes | Probing | Semiconductor) is responsible for key account management and developing new business opportunity.

The Opportunity:

  • Permanent Role
  • Office Location: West
  • Work Hours: Mon to Fri
  • $4,500 - $7000 + Allowance & Bonus

The Job:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set sales goals, analyze performance data, and make forecasts to achieve company targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key customers while ensuring excellent customer service and account management.
  • Market Research & Business Development - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.
  • Sales Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to enhance their skills and drive overall performance improvement.
  • Sales Tactics & Revenue Growth - Utilize effective sales tactics to achieve revenue objectives and drive sustainable sales growth.

The Talent:

  • Degree/Diploma in engineering or relevant technical discipline
  • 5 years of sales experience in Semiconductor Probes/Probing
  • Class 3 driving license is a must and preferably possess own vehicle
