Our client is a Japanese development-oriented company specializing in microelectronics testing and is a global leader in semiconductor testing equipment, including probe cards and test sockets. With subsidiaries in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany, they have around 1,500 employees worldwide. Committed to working closely with customers and manufacturers, they aim to streamline order-receiving and maintenance systems. They are now seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and expansion.

What you will be doing:

  1. Acquisition and negotiation with customers in the field of Semiconductor industry
  2. Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts
  3. Presentation of the company’s products to the customers
  4. Creating offers and having contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements
  5. Work with the technical support team to resolve technical questions or develop solutions for the customers
  6. Observing and analysing the potential customers, markets and competitors' companies
  7. Creating the sales plan and strategy
  8. Coordinating special marketing activities, such as fairs, trade shows, etc.
  9. Controlling and supporting the projects according to the customer’s needs
  10. Coordinating the customer’s orders

  • Proficient in English and willing to travel overseas for business trips.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sales-oriented, detail-focused, structured, and efficient in work.
  • A team player who can work independently, learns quickly, communicates well, and is flexible.

(Preferable)

  • Experience with wafer tests or final products in the semiconductor industry.
  • University degree or Internship in economics, microelectronics, electrical, or industrial engineering.
  • Owns a vehicle for travel to client sites.
