Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Philippines market

  • Identify and develop new customers and sales channels

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients

  • Build and negotiate with key distributors

  • Set sales and profit targets, and manage KPIs

  • Coordinate supply and delivery schedules with manufacturing and logistics teams

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity

  • Prepare sales reports and present to headquarters and regional management

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional planning

  • Work with other country sales representatives (e.g., Vietnam) on ASEAN-wide initiatives

  • Perform other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG or food industry

  • Preferably experience in sales to organized retail chains (not limited to FMCG/food sectors)

  • Strong self-starter who can operate independently and proactively, especially in a newly established team

  • Deep understanding of and hands-on experience in the Philippines market

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations

  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments or multicultural teams

  • Experience working in the multinational companies is a plus point

  • Understanding of supply chain and delivery/fulfillment operations is a plus point

  • Willing to travel to Philippines and other ASEAN countries when required

Compensation

  • Work location: CBD, Singapore

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.40pm

  • Fixed transportation allowance

  • Variable business travel allowance

  • AWS Entitlement

  • Annual Leave: Minimum 14 days (1 additional day granted for each year of service, maximum of 21 days)
