A leading company in telecommunications seeks a driven sales professional for B2B solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in international sales, manage high-value accounts, and contribute strategic insights in a dynamic market. Fluency in multiple languages is preferable as the role involves collaboration across cultures.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and revenue growth in the assigned region. Experience in B2B Overseas sales in telecommunications field or B2B sales experience in terminal product, industrial automation, smart manufacturing, industrial robots, etc.
Proven track record in B2B sales with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
Strong existing client base, skilled in developing and maintaining industry client network, with deep knowledge of industry sales strategies and techniques.
Familiarity with LTE 4G private network, 5G private network, or WIFI private network solutions is a plus.
Collaborate with product and pre-sales teams to craft customized solutions. Represent the company in solution selling, proposals, and negotiations.
Provide strategic insights on regional market trends and competitor movements.
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in international B2B solution sales, preferably with telecom/ICT firms like Huawei, ZTE, ST Engineering, Ericsson, Nokia, CommScope etc.
Proven experience managing high-value accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Experience working across cultures.
Self-starter with high integrity and strong execution mindset.

Overseas travel is required.
