The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts across your assigned region. You'll be responsible for acquiring new business and helping clients achieve their growth goals through our lead generation solutions. This is a high-impact role that combines autonomy, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking confident, results-driven professionals with:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or media.

  • Proficiency in the native language of the regions is required to effectively interact with clients and business partners.

  • Some success working with clients in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

  • Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.

  • A deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your region.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

  • A strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

  • Competitive total package with OTE between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000+ per annum

  • Includes base salary and performance-based variable component

  • Uncapped earnings potential for high performers
