Job description

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed individual and team target; lead and grow a high-performing sales team; track KPIs and performance metrics; improve underperforming territory.
  • -Team Development:
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage sales talent; instil a results and customer driven culture; implement performance reviews and incentives.
  • Oversee and promote value-added services such as clinical training, maintenance contracts, and post-sales support.

Client & Key Account Management:

  • Build strong client relationships, lead high-stakes negotiations, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, collaborate with marketing, and stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Handle forecasting, budgeting, CRM optimization, and provide performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Life Science or related field.
  • 10+ years in sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles within medical devices or aesthetics.
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and leading top-tier sales teams.
  • Experience selling medical devices, equipment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, positive and goal-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic, results-focused mindset with CRM and analytics proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of the aesthetics/medical device market and its regulatory and distribution landscape.
