Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of corporate sales plans and strategies
• Conduct market intelligence and research
• Identify and expand the target customer base and industry segments
• Promote services to both existing customers and potential prospects
• Develop pricing structures and business models tailored to customer needs
• Prepare and submit proposals to customers
• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and requests
• Communicate customer expectations to internal teams and vendors
• Provide timely and accurate industry insights and customer intelligence
• Compile and submit regular sales reports and analyses
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through frequent visits or prompt responses to queries
• Take responsibility for acquiring new customers and exploring growth opportunities
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales or a relevant field related to the supply chain or logistics industry
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong presentation and communication skills
