As the Sales Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with an ex C-suite leader, playing a key role in shaping the company’s expansion across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian market.

Location

  • Changi region, with shuttle bus service across island wide MRT stations (pick-up time 7.20am - 730am).
  • Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday) with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base in Singapore and nearby regional markets.
  • Identify potential clients and high-impact segments to drive new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Continuously refine offerings based on client insights and evolving market needs.
  • Analyze market dynamics to align strengths with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with APAC teams across Product, Pricing, Ops, and IT to ensure market alignment.
  • Stay updated on local e-commerce trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.
  • Work in partnership with regional business development teams to expand SEA market presence.
  • Champion CRM usage and data accuracy to boost sales efficiency and visibility.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in sales or commercial roles within e-commerce logistics, with a solid performance record.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert opportunities into tangible revenue.
  • Strong commercial mindset, consistently contributing to business growth.
  • Deep understanding of cross-border logistics and the e-commerce ecosystem in Singapore and SEA.
  • Agile and adaptable, able to pivot strategies in response to market shifts.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with a talent for influencing diverse stakeholders.
