Our Client is a leading Japanese manufacturer of electronic components. They seek a Sales Manager (Japanese-speaking) who will oversee sales operations, manage existing client relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of business strategies in the region.

You will be reporting to the General Manager in Singapore and Japan HQ.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly performance reports and business performance updates, and report to the Japan HQ.
2. Manage existing relationships with Japanese clients, addressing issues and troubleshooting while liaising with Japan HQ.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality to meet client expectations.
4. Create and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
5. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements & Preferences
(Must)

1. Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English to liaise with Counterparts
2. At least 3 years of sales experience
3. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturer or trading companies in the electronic component industry.
4. Willing to go on business trip once 2-3 months to Malaysia, once in 6 months to Philippines and Indonesia.

1. Possess sales experience in the semiconductor industry
2. Willing to start working in short notice
