Job description

Role: Security System Sales Manager
  • 5 Days Per Week
  • SG Office: Jurong East - Tradehub 21 [ Travelling within SG is required ]
  • Basic Salary: $4,000 - $5,500 + 14 Days AL + $500 Medical Benefits + Performance Bonus

About the Role

  1. Company is doing security system for airport, car park and checkpoint like car plate recognition system, vehicle screening system and surveillance system.
  2. Hiring Sales Manager to join our regional sales team, responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, working in a high-performing sales team, nurturing key client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
  • Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  2. Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
  3. Create compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  6. Represent the company in overseas business meetings, product presentations, and trade exhibitions.
