Job Scope:

  • Drive Sales Strategy & Execution
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support long-term business growth.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification
    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Representation
    Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals, and represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in sales and business development, including a minimum of 1 year in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Solid knowledge of bespoke software development and IT solution offerings.
  • Proven track record in crafting and executing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and forecasting performance effectively.
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
  • Good Communication Skills.

Working Location: Work From Home

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-6pm)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Basic + AWS) + Tier Base Commission
