Job Responsibilities

• Drive room revenue and increase market share across key business segments.

• Develop and manage strong relationships with key leisure partners, including international and domestic tour operators, travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel platforms.

• Enhance sales performance by setting and executing high standards for sales calls and activities; provide detailed call reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Deliver timely and actionable insights on market trends and competitor activities to the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) and the team for informed decision-making.

• Stay ahead of market trends and proactively propose and implement promotions to optimize hotel yield and revenue.

• Support Company’s sustainability objectives by adopting and promoting environmentally responsible practices within your role and department.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder and above

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, travel industry partners, and event organizers

• Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with experience in sales reporting and market analysis tools
