A leading company in the hospitality sector seeks a motivated sales professional to drive revenue and enhance market share. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, particularly with corporate clients and travel partners. This role involves strategic sales activities, market analysis, and supporting sustainability objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Drive room revenue and increase market share across key business segments.
Develop and manage strong relationships with key leisure partners, including international and domestic tour operators, travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel platforms.
Enhance sales performance by setting and executing high standards for sales calls and activities; provide detailed call reports and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver timely and actionable insights on market trends and competitor activities to the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) and the team for informed decision-making.
Stay ahead of market trends and proactively propose and implement promotions to optimize hotel yield and revenue.
Support Company’s sustainability objectives by adopting and promoting environmentally responsible practices within your role and department.
Job Requirements
Diploma holder and above
3-5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, travel industry partners, and event organizers
Skilled in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with experience in sales reporting and market analysis tools
