Job Description:
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts across your assigned region (Hong-Kong and Taiwan). You'll be responsible for acquiring new business and helping clients achieve their growth goals through our lead generation solutions.

This is a high-impact role that combines autonomy, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, results-driven professionals with:
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or media.
  • Some success working with clients in the Asia Pacific regions.
  • Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.
  • A deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your region.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • A strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in Chinese or Mandarin on top of English.
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Competitive total package withOTE between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000+ per annum.
  • Includes base salary and performance-based variable component.
  • Uncapped earnings potential for high performers.
