Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a results-driven sales manager to oversee and grow sales in general trade and online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, and identifying new opportunities. Applicants should have a diploma in sales or business administration and at least three years of relevant experience in the industry, along with strong communication and sales skills.

Job description

The Role

The incumbent is responsible for managing and growing sales within the general trade and online channels. This role requires an individual who is dynamic, results-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail, distribution, and local markets.

Job Responsibilities:

-Managing end to end key account’s projects

-Developing & executing business plans with assigned key accounts to achieve sales target & profits

-Identify and source for new customer accounts and business opportunities

-Identify sales gaps and work with product development team to launch suitable products

-Monitor competitor activities & submit monthly report

-Develop, plan, and execute channel strategies to achieve sales objectives

-Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI

Job Requirements:

- IT Savvy, and possess a creative flair

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of local businesses trends

- Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.

- Problem solving skills, positive and good analytical mind

- Sales driven and highly motivated individual

Education, Experience & Training

- Min. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
