Job description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company, is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute strategic meetings with important decision makers.
  • Develop sales strategy and account plan for priority accounts that ensures the achievement of sales and profit targets within set budgets.
  • Review each call for tenders or projects in detail with the responsible party to determine a response strategy, including scope of pricing, product pricing strategy, and presentation format and delivery timelines.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively demonstrate proposals in terms of value and economic perspective.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with customers to grow business and gain market share.
  • Forecast sales and manage the budget process.
  • Conduct and document regular win/loss meetings after each customer decision.
  • Lead the tender process by setting up and following up on the tender project plan, driving tender opportunities, securing commitment, and maximizing tender outcomes.
  • Utilize all available internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all administration is comprehensive and completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience in the Furniture/Interior Design/Renovation industry.
  • Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
