Job Description
- Acquire new customers through proactive outdoor sales initiatives
- Meet and exceed sales targets in terms of profit margin and sales revenue
- Optimize GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Engage in contract negotiation, pricing, and terms & conditions with customers
- Evaluate performance via daily reports and monthly review meetings
- Able to pinpoint areas for improvement and add value to enhance customer satisfaction
We are looking for an individual
- That has a proven record in sales development
- Strong market knowledge in Freight Forwarding and supply chain solutions, preferably with specializations in certain industry verticals
- A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs.
