Our client is a global FMCG company specialising in baby and maternity products. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the Singapore domestic market across both traditional sales and e-commerce channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong experience in FMCG, modern trade, physical retail stores, and e-commerce platforms.

You will report directly to the Managing Director.

【 Responsibilities 】
Sales & Trade Management (FMCG, Modern Trade & Physical Stores):
- Lead a team of Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, and Sales Promoters to manage business growth for the Singapore market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and profit objectives.
- Prepare and formulate annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned channels; develop action plans to achieve business goals.
- Generate insights through sales analysis, promotional effectiveness evaluation, and market intelligence, adjusting strategy as needed.
- Expand sales and distribution channels, including managing distributors and partners.
- Work closely with retailers and distributors, negotiating and reviewing trading terms and promotion schedules.
- Review and optimise sales policies and processes; develop strategic plans for business expansion.
- Prepare regular sales and management reporting.

E-Commerce Sales Management:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage online channels and platforms (e.g., company website, third-party marketplaces).
- Oversee performance marketing initiatives to drive online traffic, optimise conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage online merchandising, product content, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct data-driven reporting and analysis on e-commerce performance, proposing improvements and new initiatives.

- Flexible Working Hours (Based on department): Options include 9:00 am to 5:45 pm, 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, or 9:30 am to 6:15 pm
- Work From Home: 1 day every Wednesday

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- More than 6 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in the Singapore market and modern trade.
- 3–5 years of experience managing e-commerce or digital sales channels.
- More than 3 years of distributor management experience.
- At least 1–2 years of team management experience, including oversight of Key Account Executives.
- Proven track record in managing both physical and online sales channels and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to interpret sales data and present to senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- An analytical mindset along with experience in online consumer behaviour, digital marketing tactics, and tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and e-commerce dashboards.

(Advantageous)
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle (allowance will be provided).
- Experience with CMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with baby and maternity products or experience working in a Japanese company culture.
