An industry leader in F&B manufacturing seeks a Sales Manager to spearhead their sales efforts. Our client: Our client, a well-established leader in the F&B manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive their sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales leadership, with the ability to inspire teams, deliver results, and grow market presence.
Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Sales Plans: Lead the development and execution of yearly sales strategies for the food service channel, aligning targets with overall business goals.
Achieve Sales Objectives: Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets for internal teams and distributors, identifying gaps and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Strengthen Distributor Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with key distributors through regular business reviews and ensure alignment in execution, training, and product knowledge.
Lead & Develop Sales Team: Coach and manage the internal sales team, ensuring KPI delivery, pipeline accuracy, and consistent customer engagement.
Expand Market Reach: Increase brand penetration in core segments like restaurants, catering services, hotels, and central kitchens through targeted sales initiatives.
Build Industry Presence: Act as a brand ambassador at key F&B events, while fostering strong connections with chefs, operators, and trade influencers to drive brand loyalty.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing to support campaigns, launches, and customer-focused solutions.
Deliver Market Insights: Gather feedback and competitor intelligence to support continuous improvement, effective planning, and market-relevant strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 5–7 years of strong experience in FMCG food service sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, ideally within a top-tier multinational company.
Proven track record in managing both distributors and sales teams.
Established connections within the local F&B or HORECA sector would be a valuable asset.
